At Rødhus Camping, you get the perfect holiday by the North Sea – no matter the season.
Located in the midst of the magnificent nature at Rødhus, close to the beach, dunes, and forest, the site provides the setting for a holiday filled with peace, fresh sea air, and wide open skies. Here you can wake up to the sound of the sea, feel the wind in the dunes, and experience the very special atmosphere of the West Coast – both summer and winter.
Our campsite is beautifully situated with a short distance to the beach and the stunning dune landscapes. Here you will find large, spacious pitches suitable for both small and large families. You can choose between sunny spots, shady areas, pitches facing the sea and dunes, or cozy spots in the forest.
From week 12 in 2026, Rødhus Camping will be open year-round, so you can experience the changing seasons of the West Coast – from summer beach life to autumn colors and the wild sea in winter.
Cabins all year round
Our basic cabins and forest cabins can be booked up to and including week 42. After that, bookings close as they are not frost-proof.
Our new wilderness cabins, on the other hand, are frost-proof and can be booked all year, so you can also enjoy a cozy cabin holiday in the cooler months with nature right outside your door.
In the high season, you can order freshly baked bread for pickup the next day, so your morning starts peacefully and in holiday spirit. If you want it extra easy, we also offer breakfast packages including yogurt, juice, butter, cheese, Nutella, fruit, rolls, coffee/tea, as well as bread and cakes.
