When you book our free cancellation price, you can change or cancel your reservation free of charge until the day before arrival at 12.00 The room does not have to be prepaid, but is reserved by credit card. You only pay at check-out after the stay.
When you order no cancellation and full prepayment with a discount, your card will be deducted immediately and it is not possible to cancel it.
Breakfast is exclusive in the price and can be purchased.

If you arrive after 22.00 then please inform us as the front door is locked for the night
Departure no later than 11.00.
As a hotel guest at Kanalhuset, you are
welcome to participate free of charge in the house's activities, such as yoga,
knitting club, running club, morning singing and morning bathing in the canal.

Children under the age of three can be accommodated free of charge if they sleep in their parents' bed.
For cots for the age of 0 to 2 years, 250.00 DKK per. night.
