Payment
Payment is required no later than 3 days before arrival. Payment can be made by credit card, cash or bank transfer. Herstedly reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel for free up to 3 days prior to arrival. You will be charged for the first night if you cancel less than 3 days before arrival.
In case of no-show, you will be charged the total price of the stay.

How to cancel: Please contact us by phone or email to cancel your reservation. The cancellation is only valid when you have received a cancellation confirmation by email.

Damage deposit
A damage deposit of DKK 1000 is required. The amount is reserved on your credit card and will be charged in case of any damage or smoking in the room.

Check in
Between 15:00 - 21:00.

Departure
Departure time is 10:00. If late departure is desired (until 14:00), a fee of DKK 100 is added and depends on availability.

House Rules
·      Smoking and use of candle lights is strictly prohibited inside as well as in the common areas outside. Smoking is permitted only at the designated area by the entry of the driveway. Smoking anywhere inside will impose a fee at least DKK 1000.
·      Due to allergy considerations, pets are not allowed.
·      Herstedly assumes no responsibility for personal belongings.
·      Please do not use soiled footwear inside.
·      Always close the window when you leave the room.
·      Guests should inform us of any damage, breakage, or loss they have caused. If any damage or losses are incurred these will be charged.
·      This is our home, thus we expect guests to be considerate!
·      No noise after 10pm.
