The chamber lock is the place where the yachts are locked from Ribe Å into the Wadden Sea. The chamber lock is the place where you can get a really good night's sleep under the "big vault of heaven", as the artist Carl Henning Pedersen says.
The location is unique in the middle of a unique idyll in the shelter of the Ribe dike, which breathes idyll on sunny days, while here on a stormy autumn day you truly sense the immense forces of nature.
The chamber lock is an old institution in a modern building. It was fully renovated five years ago and today, in addition to banqueting rooms, contains six large, bright and modern rooms as well as a large and a small suite in the first floor.
Here you can enjoy the sunrise with your morning coffee within reach, or you can enjoy the evening sun with a refreshment in your hand as it descends behind the sea and dykes to say good day.
You can choose between renting one of our two bright suites with a private bedroom, kitchen and bath, or you can choose to rent one of the large and modernly decorated rooms.
