Below you will find useful information about the use of online booking. Among other things, you can read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase and much more. In the following, the contract will refer to the reservation confirmation in connection with purchases via the Internet.
Payment:
All prices indicated in the Ansager Hotel og Hytteby ApS online reservation system are, like elsewhere on the website, indicated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise clearly indicated in the relevant situation.
Payment is made by using one of the approved payment cards / credit cards in online booking, including herewith: Dankort, Visa and Mastercard. The international payment cards are subject to a fee for transactions that take place through online booking. The amount of the fee is displayed from the transaction before the agreement is finally concluded.
Information about trading on the Internet:
You can safely shop online via our online booking system. As a consumer, you are basically protected against misuse of your credit card on the Internet, and there is therefore no entitlement to deductions in the event of misuse of your payment card via the Internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer should deal with online payments on the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk.
Shipping and delivery:
When booking and paying for a room or a cabin and other purchases such as breakfast, you will receive a contract / confirmation from Ansager Hotel og Hytteby ApS, where the accounts for your purchase are specified. The contract can be printed from the website once the booking has been completed and will also be sent to your email immediately after purchase if the correct email address is provided at the time of booking.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at Ansager Hotel og Hytteby ApS on the day of arrival (and is completed on the day of departure). Both of these times are described in the above contract.
Right to cancellation and refund:
You can cancel your reservation under the following conditions:
Book up to and including the day of arrival before 18.00 - the reservation cannot be canceled or changed upon arrival on the same day.
Payment is made in connection with booking the stay.
You can change or cancel the reservation until 15:00, 7 days before arrival (weekdays / weekends) free of charge. If you cancel less than 7 days before the arrival date, you will be charged 50% of the stay. At 24 hours before check-in, you will be charged 100% of the stay. In the event of a No Show, you will be charged 100% of the stay.
Registration of information:
Ansager Hotel og Hytteby ApS registers your name, address, e-mail and other information provided in connection with the purchase in the customer catalogue. The information is not passed on, but Ansager Hotel og Hytteby ApS keeps the registration for 5 years.
Ansager Hotel og Hytteby ApS uses cookies on the server side and a secure connection to create security for the information you provide on the page.
When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before it is sent over the Internet.
Complaint processing:
If for some reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, please write to the address below or call us.
Complaints about the booking process, the actual booking or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during the general review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (residence), the right to complain in accordance with the Act on the sale of goods in accordance with § 83, subsection 1. 1, unless otherwise agreed.
When Ansager Hotel og Hytteby ApS receives your complaint about a product, the complaint is processed as quickly as possible. Ansager Hotel og Hytteby ApS decides whether the received goods must be refunded, exchanged, or whether a price reduction must be given.
