Ansager Hotel and Hytteby is the obvious choice for your holiday in the area, as a music guest in Mariehaven or on a business trip.

Ansager Hotel:
All rooms at Ansager Hotel are newly renovated, each with its own musical theme, which is reflected in the decoration of the room. All rooms are with private shower and toilet, TV with a selection of channels, free internet and coffee making facilities.

Ansager Hytteby:
In Hyttebyen, several room options are offered as a family room with bunk beds for 4 people or 2 people's rooms with either double beds or two single beds, so you can choose the comfort that suits you.
Each room is equipped with a small kitchen area, dining table, bath as well as TV and internet. Outside there is plenty of space to tumble around in the park-like area with table / benches and barbecue facilities.

Both accommodations offer free private parking.

Ansager Hotel and the Cabins are located right by the scenic Ansager Å valley, with a short distance to Mariehaven (300 m), shopping opportunities or as a base for day trips to Legoland, Tirpitz museum, Blåvand etc.

Ansager å offers good fishing opportunities and canoeing, and the area invites to hiking or biking in beautiful nature.

Among other things, you can read about how we handle your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase, and much more. The contract will refer to the reservation confirmation in connection with a purchase via the Internet.

Payment:
All prices indicated in Ansager Hotel and Hytteby ApS online reservation system are, like other places on the website, indicated in Danish kroner including VAT and all taxes, unless otherwise clearly stated in the relevant situation.
Payment is made using one of the approved payment cards/credit cards in online booking, including: Dankort, Visa, and Mastercard. International payment cards are subject to a fee for transactions made through online reservation. The size of the fee is displayed during the transaction before the agreement is finally concluded.

Information about online transactions:
You can safely shop online through our online reservation system. As a consumer, you are fundamentally protected against misuse of your credit card on the Internet, and there is therefore no deductible in case of misuse of your payment card via the Internet. Shipping and delivery:
When reserving and paying for a room or cabin and other purchases such as breakfast, you will receive a contract/confirmation from Ansager Hotel and Hytteby ApS, where the accounts for your purchase are indicated. The contract can be printed from the website when the reservation is completed, and it is also sent to your email immediately after the purchase if the correct email address is provided during the reservation.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place upon arrival at Ansager Hotel and Hytteby ApS on the day of arrival (and ends on the day of departure). Both of these times are described in the aforementioned contract.

Right to cancellation and refund:
You can cancel your reservation under the following conditions:
Book until the day of arrival before 18:00 - the reservation cannot be canceled or changed upon arrival on the same day.
Payment is made at the time of booking the stay. Late arrival after reception opening hours can be arranged by agreement. Contact the hotel directly to make arrangements.
You can change or cancel the reservation until 15:00, 7 days before arrival (weekdays/weekends) free of charge. If the reservation is canceled or changed and the hotel has incurred special expenses in connection with your reservation, you will be responsible for covering these. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the day of arrival, you will be charged 50% of the stay. In case of No Show, you will be charged 100% for the stay.

Registration of information:
Ansager Hotel and Hytteby ApS registers your name, address, email, and other information provided in connection with the purchase in the customer catalog. The information is not disclosed, but Ansager Hotel and Hytteby ApS keeps the registration for 5 years.
Ansager Hotel and Hytteby ApS uses cookies on the server side and a secure connection to ensure the security of the information you provide on the site.
When paying by credit card, the registration takes place via a secure server where the information is encrypted before being sent over the Internet.

Complaint handling:
If for any reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, please write to the address below or call us.
Complaints about the booking process, the actual reservation, or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error during the normal review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receiving the goods (stay), the right to complain under the Sale of Goods Act § 83, paragraph 1. 1, unless otherwise agreed.
When Ansager Hotel and Hytteby ApS receives your complaint about a product, the complaint is processed as quickly as possible. Ansager Hotel and Hytteby ApS decides whether the received goods should be refunded, exchanged, or if a price reduction should be given.
