When you order our free cancellation price, you can change or cancel your reservation for free until 12:00 no later than 3 days before arrival. The room does not have to be prepaid, but reserved by credit card. You only pay when you check out after the end of your stay.
For other bookings, such as package stays, etc., other conditions apply, there will often be full advance payment and a binding booking that cannot be changed or cancelled.
Breakfast is included in the price.
If you want to participate in Shared Dining, you must book it under "Food" on our website, if you have not booked it together with your room.
During the summer months, wedding parties and other festive events are held in the house, it creates a lovely atmosphere, but this means that on some days there will be no lunch and communal dining in the restaurant.
Check in from 14:00 - until 22:00.
Guests arriving after 17.00 please state this in advance for the booking, as the front door is locked for the night.
Check out no later than 10:00.
Children under the age of three can be accommodated free of charge if they sleep in their parents' bed. For baby cots for ages 0 to 2 years, DKK 250.00 per night. It must be reserved in advance.
An extra bed costs DKK 400.00 per person. night. This is only possible in the Triple room and the Mini suites.
Smoking is not allowed in the hotel. Violation of this entails an additional payment of DKK 5,000.
We do not have any rooms where dogs are allowed to stay.
