Kongernes Feriepark

Kongernes Feriepark is located in the middle of Kongernes Nordsjælland close to both forest and beach. It is located at Smidstrup Strand and there are 2 km to the beach and approx. 7 km to Gilleleje.
The site is currently run by Kim Lundshøj, who took over the site in 2018.

Most of the buildings burned down in June 2004 and were subsequently rebuilt in modern building materials and targeted for use as a campsite.

Within the past 20 years, a large number of cabins and a nice pool area as well as various activity areas have also been built.

The place has 4 stars with all modern conveniences incl. mini market and restaurant, and is open all year round.

We want to offer our guests a stay with good facilities, beautiful nature and a relaxed environment.

- and why are we called "Kongernes Feriepark"

We do this because we want to make a story about the North Sealand of the Kings. This is the story-telling that Visit Nordsjælland already initiated together with The Danish Riviera.

This story already starts at the entrance to the square, where you drive on Kongevejen all the way up to the reception building and on your way you will come across signs with the names of kings, which lead to our cozy campsites.
All our rooms are named after Danish queens, the cabins after princes and princesses and so on.

We look forward to welcoming you to our cozy and child-friendly place, which is also full of cozy corners for those who want adult time under the shade of the trees or those who bring pets and want to go for a walk in our dog forest.

Cancellation (Without additional purchase of cancellation protection)
-Cancellation of paid stays where cancellation protection has not been purchased does not entail any return of the amount paid.

Cancellation protection
- We recommend that you purchase our Cancellation Protection when you book a stay at Kongernes Feriepark. That way you are protected if you need to cancel your booking. The cancellation protection also covers illness.

When booking online, the following applies:
- You must choose yourself whether you want Cancellation Protection.
Cancellation protection costs DKK 295 per booked unit and must be ordered at the same time as the stay. After payment, the Cancellation Protection can no longer be ordered/cancelled.
