Arrive from 2 PM to our cozy rooms. Enjoy our fruit and Christmas table with clementines, oranges, apples, nuts, æbleskiver, cookies, and Christmas treats, accompanied by coffee and tea. The evening's festivities start at 6 PM, where bubbles will be served. The dinner consists of a 3-course Christmas-inspired menu: Starter: Cured salmon - tarragon mayo, Jerusalem artichoke chips, and pickled onions. Main course: Duck and pork roast, red cabbage - chips, potatoes, gravy, caramelized potatoes. Dessert: Ris á la Mande served with warm cherry sauce. The almond gift is distributed with the dessert. Singing and dancing around the Christmas tree: Set the mood in the salons. Coffee and tea: Served with cookies and Christmas treats in the salons. 1st Christmas Day Morning brunch: Enjoy our Christmas brunch until 11 AM. Afternoon atmosphere: Between 2 PM and 4 PM, the Christmas spirit is set with freshly baked rolls, crispy æbleskiver, and tempting Christmas treats.
