Breakfast:
All overnight stay prices include breakfast.
Our Luxury Apartments are booked excluding breakfast, but breakfast can be purchased if needed.
Sauna:
There is free access to Aahøj Sauna Retreat for all overnight guests. Remember swimwear if you wish to use the area.
Dog:
It is possible to bring a dog in selected rooms. This costs a one-time fee of 400 DKK, which covers a final allergy cleaning of the room.
It is important that you notify us about bringing a dog in the comment field of your reservation.
As a general rule, pets are not allowed in the Luxury Apartments.
Extra bed:
It is possible to purchase an extra bed in selected rooms. This costs 400 DKK per night. The price includes breakfast.
Alternatively, we refer to our Junior Suites, which have three beds.
It is important that you notify us about the request for an extra bed in the comment field of your reservation.
Request for a specific room:
If you are in love with a particular room, you can indicate this in the comment field of your reservation. We do our best to accommodate requests, if possible.
Accessibility:
The hotel is not handicap-friendly, but we have ground floor rooms for those with limited mobility.
Noise:
As the hotel is older, some noise may occur. We ask our guests to be considerate of each other. Free earplugs are available in all rooms.
Luxury Apartments:
Are located opposite the hotel – on the other side of the stream. That is, 200 meters from the hotel’s main building. All other rooms are located on the hotel’s property.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
If you have booked a stay in our Luxury Apartments, cancellation without charge applies up to 5 days before arrival. After that, the full stay will be charged.
