Directions
Lundsgaard Manor Beach Hotel's address is Lundsgårdsvej 15, 5300 Kerteminde.
From Klintevejen, a gravel road leads up to Lundsgaard Manor's white main building. Follow the road around the large gray barn with yellow gates. The gravel road goes through the gate to the Annex, and Lundsgaard Manor Beach Hotel is located on the left.

Odense: 21.9 km There is also a bus approximately every half hour from/to Odense Monday-Saturday.
Parking
There is loading and unloading in front of the hotel reception. Hotel guests are requested to park outside the courtyard in front of the gate, in the forest edge behind Cafe Frits, or in front of or behind the Annex towards Lundsgaard Manor.
Check-in and check-out
Guests are welcome to check in early, park their car, and take a walk in the beautiful area around Lundsgaard Manor or into Kerteminde. Of course, access to the room is granted when it is ready. Please write to hotel@lundsgaardgods.dk and provide information about early check-in.
For check-in after 16.00, a key box will be provided. Guests will receive the code. Please write to hotel@lundsgaardgods.dk and provide information about late check-in or call 60386901.
Check-out is no later than 11.00.
Sustainability
To save on linen washing, we kindly ask that towels that can be reused are hung on hooks. If a new towel is desired, simply place the used one on the floor in the bathroom and we will replace it.
Cleaning
The rooms are cleaned every other day. Trash bins are emptied daily, and towels are changed upon request.
Payment
Settlement with regular credit card upon departure. Additional purchases of wine/water from the minibar are also settled with a regular credit card at the reception upon departure.
Breakfast and minibar
At Lundsgaard Manor Beach Hotel, we take pride in serving organic and local products for breakfast whenever possible. To minimize food waste, we have breakfast order forms in the reception area, which are filled out with room number and desired time. The form is placed in the reception area the evening before. We serve a selection of delicious organic and local products, coffee, tea, and juice.
In the pantry behind the reception, there is a minibar with organic wines and sodas, as well as coffee and tea facilities. Coffee and tea are complimentary throughout the stay.
Smoking
Lundsgaard Manor Beach Hotel is 100% smoke-free indoors, around all entrances, and in the garden. Violation will result in a fee of DKK 1,500. In the courtyard in front of the hotel, smokers are directed to the tables at Café Frits, where ashtrays are also available. We ask our guests to consider other guests and our staff by refraining from smoking. We are a smoke-free workplace.
Swimming
The bathing bridge across from Lundsgaard Manor can be freely used by hotel guests. The bridge is located approximately 300 meters from the beach hotel. Please note that there is a natural beach with stone steps, so the area is unsuitable for people with walking difficulties and wheelchair users.
All use of stone steps and the bathing bridge is at your own risk.
Kerteminde's South Beach is a sandy beach just 900 meters from Lundsgaard Manor Beach Hotel.
Guests with walking difficulties
As Lundsgaard Manor Beach Hotel is a historically preserved building with many stairs and steps throughout the house, the hotel is unfortunately not suitable for guests with walking difficulties.
We do not have accessible toilets.
House rules
Our hope is that Lundsgaard Manor Beach Hotel can provide a peaceful setting for a break from everyday life in beautiful surroundings. The hotel is an older building, and sound insulation is accordingly. Therefore, we kindly ask that guests consider each other and respect the evening and night quiet hours after 22.00.

Pets are not allowed at Lundsgaard Manor Beach Hotel.
